Guided Pregnancy Meditation
This 10min guided meditation is ideal for pregnant women in all three trimesters. It was created to help
- Ease into the pregnancy
- Consciously connect with the growing baby inside of the womb
- Soothe any worries or anxiety she may be having during her pregnancy
- Reset and deeply relax
